• Author's Surname, First Initial. & Author's surname, First Initial. (Year). Book title: Book subtitle. Place of Publication: Publisher.

BOOK WITH 3 OR MORE AUTHORS

• Authors' Surnames, First Initials. (Year). Book title: Book subtitle. Place of Publication: Publisher.
• However, it had been also customary to write only et.al in place of the second author to mean multiple authorship.

For example:

     Kernis, M.H., et.al. (1993. There's more to self-esteem than whether it is high or low: The importance of stability of self-esteem. Journal of Personality and Psychology, 65, 1190-1204.
