Front Pajama Pattern
Procedure:
1. Draw construction line by tracing the outer edge of the L-square. Mark the corner A.
2. From A downwards measure the full length of the pajama pants then mark it B.
3. From A down plot the crotch measurement plus 11/2 inches for the garter casing. Mark it C.
4. Square out points B and C.
5. From C plot the hip circumference to the right plus 1/2 inch for allowance. Mark it D.
6. Square up point D to line A, mark intersection as point E. From E, measure 1/2 inwards then mark it F.
7. From D measure 1/2 inch outward then mark it as point G.
8. From D measure 21/2 inches toward E. Mark it H.
9. Shape front crotch from point H to G with a French curve.
10. From B, measure 1/2 of the leg circumference plus 1/2 inch for the allowance; mark it as point I.
11. Connect D and I with a straight line.
12. Point J is the center of line HI.
13. From J measure 1/4 inch outwards; mark it K.
14. Connect points K and I with a straight line.
15. Connect points K and G with a hip curve.
